Refund and Returns Policy

At SC Supplements, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or provide a refund within 5 days of the original purchase date. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase from our website located at www.scsupplements.lk (the “Site”).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and replace your item at no additional cost.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
