INGREDIENTS: Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Stearic Acid, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Pharmaceutical Glaze (Shellac, Povidone).

DIRECTIONS OF USE: As a dietary supplement, for adults take two (2) tablets once a day with a meal or one (1) tablet two times daily with meals.
